4. TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE & COUNTER-NOTICES

Upon receipt of a valid, complete notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the relevant supplier or party. If a counter-notice is received, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
